All the Legos for our friends at Children's Hospital Dallas

Our Spring Break Lego & Nerf Gun Party was a success.

A big thank you to those of you who donated Legos. The patients loved them. It was fun seeing their faces light up when they saw a set that excited them. Star Wars, Minecraft, NASCAR & Harry Potter. Friends sets that were pet, food or princess themed. We had big sets that the patients were overwhelmed by & small sets they could give to a sibling who was with them. We even added a few manicure sets for those who may not like Legos. What a blessing it was & it is only because of you that we were able to do this. Your gift brought a smile to the face of a kid who needed something fun to think about while being at the hospital.

The goal was to encourage those who are inpatient during Spring Break to come out of their rooms, pick out a new Lego set/Nerf Gun & allow us to love on them during this difficult time. The music was playing, the lights were flashing, & Rex the Therapy dog was right in the middle of all of it. We did it & we are ready to do it again.

It is our joy to love on these patients in honor of Trevor.

Some of our recent patient applications and interactions have been really tough. While I’m grateful we can be there for all of them, I also cherish the moments when we can support our oncology friends in a fun and uplifting way. Today was all about spreading love by making Valentine’s Day bags for our friends who will be inpatient on February 14th. What made this even more special was having Trevor’s classmates from Greenville Christian assemble the bags. These students were such an important part of Trevor’s life, and seeing them come together in his honor means the world to me. Thank you, Greenville Christian sophomores—you’ll always hold a special place in my heart.

Today was such a special day as we teamed up with our amazing friends at Goldman Sachs to assemble the most magical Christmas bags. Our hope is that these bags bring a touch of holiday magic to hospital rooms this season. Christmas bags were delivered to Children's Hospital Dallas, Dell Children's Hospital Austin and St. Luke's Hospital Boise. The highlight of the day? Seeing some of Trevor's favorite staff from Children's! Their love and care meant so much to him, and seeing them made the day event even more meaningful. Merry Christmas from the Trevor Wade Daniel Foundation

This year, as we celebrate Trevor's birthday, we reflect on the incredible impact his foundation has made. Sixteen diagnoses, sixteen cities, and, most importantly, sixteen lives forever touched by the Trevor Wade Daniel Foundation.

Family Fun Day 2023 was a success. Our day included: Giant Volley Ball, Fun Run, Run-A-Thon, Home Run Derby, Corn Hole, Bubble Truck, Game Truck, Zoo Crew, Food Trucks & Inflatable Obstacle Courses. We had the absolute best time and I know Trevor would have loved the day as well. This is our annual fundraiser that allows us to serve patient's and families battling childhood cancer at Children's Medical Center Dallas, Dell Children's Hospital Austin & Texas Children's Houston. A special thank you to sponsors, donors, volunteers and participants. What a blessing! A fun day fundraiser that allows us to love on others in honor of Trevor.

Thank you to everyone who donated Legos for our Spring Break Lego parties. It was truly a blessing to love on these kids this week. Monday we delivered Legos to our friends at Dell Children’s Hospital Austin. Friday we partnered with LukeStrong and delivered more Lego sets & Nerf Guns to our friends at Childrens Medical Center Dallas. I know both boys would have loved being part of our special day. Each brave patient walked in not knowing who we were but left with their arms full of toys and a smile on their face knowing someone cares for them and can relate to their difficult journey.
